General Refund Policy
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings, including but not limited to special promotions or discounted rates, may be non-refundable. Such terms will be indicated at the time of booking.
Flight Bookings
- Refundable Tickets: If you purchased a refundable ticket, cancellations made before the airline’s stipulated deadline will qualify for a full refund, minus any applicable service fees.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: For non-refundable tickets, cancellations may not qualify for a refund. However, some airlines may allow ticket changes for a fee. Please refer to the airline’s specific policies.
Hotel Reservations
- Flexible Rates: Reservations made under flexible rates can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Rates: Reservations made under non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds upon cancellation.
Package Deals
- Component-Specific Refunds: Refunds for package deals (combining flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.) will be subject to the individual refund policies of each component. Service fees may apply.
Tours and Activities
- Standard Tours: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour’s start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
- Custom and Group Tours: Custom and group tours may have different cancellation policies, which will be provided when booking.
Travel Insurance
- Non-Refundable: Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once the policy is issued.
Refund Processing
- Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation of cancellation. However, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Method: Refunds will be credited using the original payment method used at the time of booking.
